VIETNAM - City books ahead to counter room shortage

City real estate managers have been hesitant to act on the latest announcement from the Hanoi People’s Committee, which pinpoints prime locations to be reserved for five-star hotels development. Under the committee’s announcement, large plots of land to be earmarked for five-star hotels development are in My Dinh commune of Tu Liem district, where land has been cleared, relocated families compensated, and infrastructure already laid.
