THAILAND - Segway tours coming to Phuket

Thanet Traiwut, Director of SegwayPhuket and southern Thailand distributor of the handy two-wheel perambulators, has announced his intention to create a Segway Patong City tour in time for the high season. The Segway, which retails for between 350,000 to 400,000 baht, is self balancing and travels at speeds of up to 20km. It has become increasingly popular for city dwellers all around the globe and has been available in Phuket for several months.
