PHUKET - Interview: Pak-dee Kruthanang, Managing Director of West Coast Divers about new regulations for Phuket dive operators

Our interview is with Pak-dee Kru-tha-nang, Managing Director of West Coast Divers, previously Secretary of the Dive Operators Club Of Thailand (DOCT)-Phuket Chapter, and also President of the Phuket Eco Tourism Association, who told us about the worries of the diving businesses in Phuket about the new diving regulations just signed and coming into effect next month.
