THAILAND - Phuket Bay project back in NESDB lap

The National Economic and Social Development Board was asked yesterday to decide whether the Bt63-billion Phuket Bay Development Project should be carried out solely by private investors or via a public-private partnership. Two investment models for the multi-use project on 3,200 rai of land reclaimed from the bay were proposed by the NESDB to a meeting of the project committee held in the island province.
